last week I scanned SAVITRI lab, found open and closed ports, exploit it and everything is ok

now I can't find any open ports on SAVITRI lab, even I tried to exploit it with the same exploit I used but the connection timeout
My connection is Ok because I could ping some machines like ADDY and KENOBI but maybe the problem with the connection itself that I could reach some machines and not reach others
I just want to confirm that everything is ok from your side as there was a technical issue before with labs

Hello @m0m3dh1t#596, you might have tried to scan the host during its reset period. Try again and let us know if you are still unable to scan for open ports.

more than two months still have this problem!
I send emails to the support team they respond that they would investigate but nothing happens.
I send them to ask for a walkthrough but no answer
all that I believe that I'm doing things wrong until someone else post the same problem with Savitri lab

yes I did a scan when the labs are alive

Hello,
I have the same problem, but with ROBIN lab. In the 1st lab I found port 80 to be opened on ROBIN. But when I started lab #5 some days later I couldn't find any opened ports on it. This issue persists since mid September. I also asked support several times for help via email.

Today I also scanned SATVIRI (10.1.2.20 and 20 minutes until next reset) but I cannot see any opened ports. So I can confirm that I have the same issue.
