cannot connect to lab machines

I'm get "Initialization Sequence Completed" after cmd "openvpn file.ovpn" but i'm trying to connect to the machine via nmap it's showing host down. I'm not understanding whats the problem. Every thing seems fine. Plz Help!!

Hello @Ryuk#609, have you tried the -Pn option when using nmap?
